PRODUCT SATISFACTION
Summit VetPharm stands behind our products and guarantees products for any legitimate reason including dissatisfaction relating to damaged or expired goods, products safe use and their effectiveness. If you believe Vectra® products have not provided a satisfactory level of parasite control for which they are labeled, please contact your Territory Manager or you may contact one of our veterinary professionals at 1-800-999-0297 for a consultation between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm EST.
Our veterinary professionals are available to help provide education and solutions to your parasite problem or any other concerns relating to the use of Summit VetPharm products. If our veterinary professionals cannot resolve any issue to your satisfaction, they will refer you to Customer Service who will communicate the proper procedures to follow for initiation of a product return authorization.
Return Goods Policy
- Unopened Carton Product Returns - Upon receipt, unopened product returns will be inventoried and 100% credit/reimbursement will be given to the customer’s account unless it is determined that a restocking fee is appropriate. The definition of "unopened cartons" is that the original Summit VetPharm tape sealing on the outer shipper is unbroken. If the tape on the outer shipper is broken and resealed, the carton is defined as an open carton product. Customer Service will initiate a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA) for tracking of un-opened returned product.
- Open Carton Product Returns - Upon receipt, open carton or partial product returns will be considered acceptable on a "Case-by-Case" scenario at the discretion of a Territory Manager with approval from Customer Service. All open product returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Prior to returning open carton products, Summit VetPharm Customer Service must be notified of returned products and they will initiate an "Open Carton" Return Material Authorization Number.
