Return Policy:
Prior to returning any accepted goods, contact Ceva Customer Service (1-800-999-0297) for a Return Goods Authorization. Returned goods must be in unopened carton and in resalable condition and returned within six months of purchase (e.g., 12 individual packs per shipping carton, with the same lot number, current label and packaging). Returned goods must include an indication whether you prefer to cancel your order for the goods and have your account credited, or have the goods replaced. Ceva retains the right to credit your account at its sole and absolute discretion. (Credit will generally be issued at 100% of the original purchase price). All returned goods become the property of Ceva and may be destroyed.
